Bündnis C- Christen für Deutschland (Alliance C- Christians for Germany) is a minor political party representing conservative Christian values founded in March 2015.

 

Bündnis C is a small German political party created by the fusion of two parties: Partei für Arbeit, Umwelt, Familie (party for work, environment and family- AUF) and Partei Bibeltreuer Christen (Party of biblicist Christians- PBC).

Ole Steffes

He is chair of Bündnis C with Katrin Heepen. He joined PBC in 1990 and left to found the AUF party in 2008. According to “Mission Gottesreich: Fundamentalistische Christen in Deutschland” by Oda Lambrecht, Ole Steffes stated that homosexuality is against nature and refuses same-sex marriage on this ground. PBC also advocated under his lead to make divorce more difficult to obtain.

Links with other organisations: AUF and PBC helped organise the Marsch für das Leben. They are members of the ECPM (European Christian Political Movement) and of Bundesverband Lebensrecht against abortion right. They have contacts with the party Christlicher Mitte.Key statement: : “A girl who has an abortion commits intentional murder” (5)

Legal existence: AUF and PBC are registered political parties in Germany.
