Spread over two days, the conference gathered more than 100 participants and focussed on the following issues:

  • Populism and Democracy in Europe: challenges and responses.
  • The argument of political correctness and freedom of expression: where do Humanists stand?
  • What does it mean to be European today? In search of a European identity

Passionate discussions allowed more than 100 humanists and rationalists to exchange their views, analysis, worries and hopes on these key questions shaping public debate in many of our European countries.
